The hotel provides complimentary drinks and a lounge in the foyer upon arrival. The staff assisted with luggage storage, which helped a lot. Breakfast included an excellent array of food. Japanese and Western options were available. The bathroom was well appointed and planned.
The front desk staff could have been friendlier and more helpful. It seemed like there was a language barrier.

i stayed in a standard twin room it was well-equipped i found nice touches the room size was good. the hotel is central for any type of transport it is very nearby to the station itself. i used the onsen inside the hotel
the front desk staff could be friendlier i felt i was intruding into their work.

I totally loved how close it was to the train station! it made getting around so easy. the room was super clean and modern, a total win! also, the staff were so kind and helpful. I felt so welcomed.
the room, a standard single room, felt a bit small. it was hard to find space for my luggage, that was a bummer. also, the breakfast buffet got really crowded! it was tough to find a table and the variety wasn't amazing though the bento box was nice.
